It was game, set and match at 140 Williams for the 2024 Australian Open!

We turned their space into a tennis-inspired viewing room, complete with grass flooring, relaxing deck chairs and a huge screen.
The vibrant tennis ball decorations were perfect for snapping pics, and creating a warm space to soak in the excitement of the Open. For those die-hard fans, as well as those just wanting to chat, this dwell zone gave a chance to create connections among tenants.
Activation
The action was larger than life on the massive screen, ensuring the tenants didn’t miss a single serve or volley. Tenants could pop in and out, eat their lunch in front of a game or just take a moment to relax!
No matter their motivation, 140 Williams’ interactive space bought the excitement of the Australian Open into their building.
