Each year the Festive store seeks casual seasonal staff at Christmas time(October to January) for Melbourne job roles.

We seek casual staff who are social, confident and organised people, who can work independently, problem solve and communicate to all. If you are fit and healthy with stamina, have a flexible mindset to cope with a change in focus or priorities, and to ensure the job gets done then we would love to talk in September regarding a casual Christmas seasonal role.

Our Melbourne entry level decorator roles do not require experience.  Supervised by an experienced stylist, these roles involve the installation of Christmas trees and decorations in and around the businesses, shopping centres and council streets of the great Melbourne area. 

Our Melbourne decorators join a diverse team of local and international staff, who have a wide variety of life experiences which they bring to the Festive store.  We work hard to create a team culture which respects each other and is proud of the work produced. Inductions, training and support are offered for the season together with opportunities to socialise, communicate and celebrate the wins.

All Melbourne roles are based from our warehouse in Coburg North with great facilities for working including free refreshments in our kitchen, uniforms and tools.
